I'm just a beginner to all this stuff but I really wanna make an app! I know you need experience and all but is there an easy way to start off?

Not that I'm aware of, you need training. Quick fixes are not good news, usually :)

You might want to look at the courses on iTunesU followed with a search of iBooks Store. The iTunesU courses should give you a good idea of what is required.

Or if you´re old fashioned, buy the book. Ipad application development for dummies - its a good book to start out with, at least I think so. I like to be able to write notes when I read.
