    If you back it up, after a restore they should be back.

    I have experienced this problem exactly in the way the author of the article describes. Thank you very much for posting it.

    Thanks for posting.
    I recently had this happen to me when my phone was replaced and in spite of all being backed up prior to restoring to new phone, I lost all my organization of my folders.
    What a pain to re-do.
