How do I cancel the red dot on my mail? As there is nothing in my box. The mail still says one message.Hope you can help

Do you have multiple accounts? If so, you will have multiple InBoxs and it may be a mail that's not been read in another InBox from the one you're currently looking at.

Check all the mail files (ie, in, sent, delete etcetc) in all your active iPad accounts don't hav any unread mails
