1. Due to the recent site upgrade, the iPadForums (iPF) App will no longer work. The new iPadForums.net website has been designed from the ground up to work perfectly from any mobile, tablet, or desktop computer using the built in internet browser. Love my iPad2, just trying to figure out how to make it work even harder!

My name is Kristina and I am a graduate student about to finish my Ph.D. As the title of my post says, I really love my iPad2, but I am constantly coming across things that I wish it could do for me. I joined this forum because I try to make my iPad work as hard for me as possible. It is often functioning as a replacement computer for me, rather than just a bigger version of my iPhone 4!!!

    Welcome, Kristina.

Keep and eye on the OnLive and CloudOn services. They should be adding new tools soon (probably for a fee).

Onlive is awesome! A little buggy, but it's like having another os with you.

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestion. I already checked out and signed up for onlive. I am so excited about it. I can really see how it will help with the work I do on a daily basis! I am going to check out cloudon next.
