Lost music!

    I have a friend that is new to the IPAD. He advises he has purchased some music but it doesn't show up on the IPAD or in the "purchased" area of ITunes.

    I have been unable to help him locate this lost music which he insists he did indeed purchase.
    Could this be lost somewhere in the Cloud?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    He needs to make sure he is logged into the same iTunes account he purchased the music with. Tell him to to the bottom of the Featured tab in the iTines Store on the iPad and make sure the right Apple ID is showing. Either way, try tapping it to sign out, then tap it again to sign in with the correct ID.

    Anything I buy at iTunes I am sent a receipt for.Sometimes it takes a day..

    iTunes also answers promptly to email inquiries.
