Lost Contacts on my iPad 2

    Hi, I usually post questions in Apple Discussion Forum, but thought this forum might offer more help as it is so specific!
    My 2 has been running like a charm! UNTIL my ISP was changed to Telstra ( the biggest in Australia)....... Now, mysteriously my Contacts have disappeared from the iPad!
    Now it's almost useless! Can't email my pics easily!
    I have done several re- sets and synced with my iMac......no go!
    I am sure changing the email details, together with my '@me' address is behind the problem!
    BUT, how do I correct the issue?
    One gets a bit tired of banging one's head against the wall!!!
    Any bright sparks out there? Any help would be much appreciated.
    BTW my wife and I have 7 Apple devices between us! But, it has not helped one bit!!!

    Hi, and welcome to the forum. I can't help you, so I hope that someone will be along that can.

    What I am posting for is ask you to have a bit of patience in asking for assistance here. You posted originally at 4am my time (Eastern Standard). Then, you re-posted again at 6am, my time. Giving an international forum two hours for a response is a bit unrealistic. Most people haven't had a chance to see your message, let alone formulate a response to it. In addition, our rules state that 48 hours must pass without a response before you can "bump" the thread for another shot at attention.

    So, please, give the forum a bit of time to react. I feel confident that someone will be along to assist. Thanks for your understanding.

    Were you syncing your contacts with a service, like iCloud or GMail? If so, go to the site and see if they are still there. icloud.com must be visited from a computer browser.
