Loss of sound

    I plugged my headset in and it was working through the headset now that I unplugged my headset I cannot hear anything on the computer how do I get the headset off my iPad

    Hi and welcome to the Forum!

    I'm a little confused when you say you cannot hear anything on the computer......did you mean on the iPad?

    Before pulling headphones out of an iPad, turn off whatever it is your listening to first.

    I hope that helps, if not and you mean something else, let us know.

    Hello - if the previous advice does not correct the situation; then make sure that your 'Side Switch' if selected to 'Mute Sound' has not been unintentionally put in the mute position - if not, then your might want to 'Reset' the iPad (directions below if not familiar w/ this maneuver) - just go the bottom of the quoted information - Dave :)
