Looking for an app that will allow me to create a KnowledgeBase

Hi. I am looking for an app that will allow me to create a knowledge base with search capabilities.
I would need to be able to create entries, modify, email, view and attachment capabilities.
Any suggestions will be reviewed and tested. Thank you!

Probably your looking for HanDBase (10$). Seems like a good database software. There is also FileMaker Pro, but at 40$, it better be good
