Logitech Updates Type+ and Ultrathin Keyboard Cases for iPad Air 2, Brings New Wireless Keyboard

Logitech is a well-known accessory maker which has established itself with keyboards and mice for desktop computers, and it has continue that tradition with products aimed for smartphones and tablets.

Now, the company has updated its Type+ and Ultrathin keyboard cases to be compatible with Apple's new iPad Air 2, but also announced a new standalone ultraportable wireless iPad keyboard dubbed Keys-To-Go.

The new Logitech Type+ for iPad Air 2 is a thin and light two-sided protective case, connecting to the iPad via Bluetooth and getting attached. The accessory is priced at $99.99 and is available in black, dark blue, bright red, bright green, electric blue or violet.

The new Logitech Ultrathin model is a case-keyboard combo made of high-grade aluminum material and boasting a battery life of up to two years. It features an adjustable magnetic slot to allow the iPad Air 2 to be angled. This model is slightly cheaper, being priced at $89.99, but only available in space grey and silver colors.

The recently announced Logitech Keys-To-Go are touted as ultraportable keyboard which are just 6.1mm thick, weighing 180 grams. The keys offer tactile feedback, being protected by a water-repellant FabricSkin covering. There's a rechargeable battery that's said to last up to three months on a single charge. It is compatible with all generations of iPad and iPad mini, and comes in black, red and teal, for $69.99.
