Locked document on ipad 2 - HOW?

I need to make a private document on my ipad. Can anyone tell me how to do it? I don't wanna just keep the whole thing locked.

The app Goodreader ($4.99, USD) allows you to set a password on a folder or a file (within the app). The nice thing about it is that Goodreader can be used to open a wide variety of files. So, it's pretty universal in that aspect...

There are other apps to securely store and display various media. If GoodReader doesn't fit your needs a search should turn up several. Read the descriptions and reviews carefully.
