Does anyone know of a good label app that will make custom address labels. I want to use Avery 5160 the three apps I have gotten are worthless. One may be good if I want to print my contacts, but other then that they are worthless. I have even tried a couple office suites, with no luck. Someone please help me. Thank you.

Are you using the Avery 5160 template with Word?

I use that on my PC and it works.

Other than that I'm old school. I print labels all the time and use a dot matrix printer with one up labels. Way cheaper than using ink jet or laser printers. Waaaay cheaper.

My average print job was 2,000 to 8,000 labels.

I even have a machine that removes the label from its backing and afixes it to an envelope. I'm retired now and its collecting dust but boy is it fast.

If your just printing a few dozen labels an ink jet printer should be OK.

    Thank you for responding,
Yes, I use Avery 5160 labels on a word template. The labels are made and in my desk top computer, but I can't seem to import them to my iPad. It is a simple drawing. I have bought 14 document programs and they will not let me transfer them in, nor will they let me build them in any office suite or document program I have and I just keep wasting money. What is one up I have never heard of it? Your machine sounds like the good old machines that were built to last a lifetime, not like today's. If you were hinting at selling it, I don't aid labels to envelopes I affix the to candy boxes, if it just peels them back so I can grab them I may be interested. Let me know of it's abilities if you are looking to sell it.

Dropbox will let you bring any file over. There are programs that work well with Dropbox also. You might contact the folks at Dropbox for suggestions. They respond rather quickly to questions.

No to selling the label machine. It wouldn't just peel back a label. It affixes the label to any flat surface but wouldn't work on a cardboard box.

    Good luck.
