Kingdom Age fault - any experience?

Hey all, I was blocked from my Kingdom Age account all day yesterday while I waited for the help desk to fix whatever the error was. This is the reply I received: "Thank you for contacting us. This account was banned due to fake in-app purchases originating from the account. The ban is permanent."

Anyone know what it actually means? I've deleted the game from my iPad to play safe, but does anyone else have a similar experience?

I think you were banned due to fake in-app purchases? I guess your account on it is banned, you have to make a new one... That's what I've read in your statement.

How to create a new account?

And how can I create a new character in KA? I have the same problem.
When I start the game it screws me with "you have an issue with your account"
