Keep leading zeroes in tables in Pages

If you don't need to use the cell for computations then change the cell's format to text.
Select the cell(s), column(s), or row(s) you want.
Tap the paint brush icon
Tap Format.
Select Text.
Use the Cell settings to change the justification if needed.
{If the keyboard is showing, you will not get the Format header; so you should select the cells, but be careful not to enter data entry mode inside one of the cells.}
