Me too! I must be an idiot cause i can't figure out how to post.
I need help because I discovered that updating to OS 4.2.1 diminished my video quality.
I actually did a side by side comparison with an iPad i own that still runs OS 3.2... The diff is obvious.
I am trying to figure out how to remove the upgrade as nothing I've tried works.
I suspect why they would do this, but I am really concerned.

Welcome to the forum and the addiction. I learn something new everyday from this forum. Too bad I drain my iPad and iPhone battery a lot quicker now. LOL
