just joined virginmedia and cannot connect to broadband

Hi I have just moved over to Virgin media and when I tried to update my settings I couldn't get onto my Broadband. Virgin media say that I need to forget the virginmedia network and re-set it but I can't as I'm not able to see the prompt - forget network when I click on the blue arrow !! any suggestions ... Thanks

If all else fails, try a full reset of the iPad. That may do the trick.

Go to Settings, wifi and set up router name, router security etc under "other"
