The screenshot was provided, but included 2 email addresses, so it was removed.
There only seems to be one email account because there was visible: Inbox, VIP, two or three other folders, but neither junk nor spam.

When I go to all accounts I think it is the iCloud account that has junk or spam! Nope I just checked...it is my gmail account that has junk or spam as a choice sorry if I misled. Fixed it pretty quick tho'

Usually every account has junk or spam, but this member doesn't have it.

I use the mailbox app for my Gmail account(s), and the built in app for the other ones.

I noticed you have a junk and spam on iCloud but I don't. How weird that we all have different options in the same accounts? Maybe it is when we signed up or what other accounts we have that influence it? Very strange.

Junk is in my iCloud account only. SPAM was another account.

Solved, deleted account and set it up again through outlook.
