JB using P0sixpwn but no Cydia showing up

iPad 2 6.1.3

I used P0sixpsw 1.7 and it went through the process but see no Cydia

I then tried the P0sixpsw 1.8 and it says that I'm already jail broken


Should I just upgrade to 7.0 and redo the JB?

Hard reset the device and retry. If that doesn't work, then your device cannot be jailbroken until an iOS 7.1.1+ jailbreak is released. You can't custom restore any device through public means to any iOS 7 firmwares on any devices, regardless of availability of blobs and APtickets. There aren't any solutions for this issue by @ih8sn0w, unless you're on an iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4th Gen with valid blobs on iOS 6.1.X, restore to a fresh copy and re-attempt.
