Jailbroken ipad 2

Can anyone tell me if a jailbroken ipad2 can have FaceTime (video call) with another device or handset that is not apple?
i.e ipad2 -> Samsung galaxy S2.

Facetime is an Apple specific product offering. It will not work with any other manufacturer's devices.
