I'm having trouble not as much jail breaking I got the pandu app on my iPad but getting Cydia on my iPad idont have a Mac I'm running windows vista, now I can't delete pandu. But I want to jailbrake .

Basically, the jailbreak isn't ready yet. You'd be better off waiting.

If you're having trouble with fundamental SSH, then the current state of Pangu8 is not for you. The current build of Cydia and Substrate are for users that have developmental backgrounds or at least the bare essentials of Linux experience. If you don't have the knowledge to get Cydia and substrate up and running on your device, then it's best to hold off on the jailbreak since you won't get anything to work anyways.
