Iview abc not loading

Anyone in Australia having an issue with abc Iview
Mine will not load up
Have been using up until recently
Also have had other issues with iPad after a reset
Just trying to establish if it's a me problem or the app
Hope Aussies can help here

Try doing a soft reset to see if it clears up. Do this, while iPad still on, by holding down sleep button and home button down at the same time for 5 secs, then it should reboot back to the apple logo screen. Hopefully, u should be good then and it'll load up. If that doesn't work. Try uninstalling/deleting the app then reinstalling. Don't worry, if it's a paid app, u won't have to pay again, u can just reinstall app since it's already paid for. Good luck ;-)
