iTunes

I'm trying to update my software and I keep getting a message that tells me that I have purchased items on my iPad that have not been transferred to my iTunes library. Can anybody tell me how to transfer my purchased items on my iPad into iTunes?

Sync your iPad up to iTunes, the right click (in iTunes) on your iPad and it gives you the option to transfer purchases there
