Itunes sync problem

My iPad was stolen so I got a new iPad 3 and restored the content from the backup on my desktop. Everything restored perfectly except for the tunes. When I tried to sync music I got a dialogue box saying that the music would replace all the content on the iPad.

Any idea how to make sync music work without replacing all my content?
