iTunes Question

    For some reason, I can't recover the password to my iTunes accounts. Any thoughts?

    In iTunes click on your user name (top right hand corner). Click "Forgot Password?" button.

    I already did that and I never got a link to change my password. Any other suggestions? :confused:

    Not sure how Apple handles forgotten passwords. Have you checked your email (the one you supplied to Apple) for a temporary password from them?

    Also perhaps checking your "spam" folder in email also.

    I did some searching on this some time ago and I think I posted a link to iTunes help page which describes the solution......but now I can't find my post.......it's late here in the UK!

    If you go to apple.com and search the iTunes help pages you should find it fairly quickly, if not I'll have another look tomorrow.
