iTunes on my iPad is missing some Tabs

Hi guys,

iTunes on my iPad is missing a lot of Tabs (Music, videos,...)-check attachment. Does it have to do with the country store I am registered in?

Can some one help please?

I think you can try to redownload and reinstall first, then check if it is OK.

I have the same problem!!! Itunes cant be reinstall/redownload....

Thank you for that did bit about the setting on the iPad. I had the settings restricted to test it because my mother was playing the Smurf game and she bought Smurf berries and was charged so I was testing turning on restrictions to see if that would block her from buying the Smurf berries and it worked.
