iTunes no longer sees iPad after upgrade to 12.3.3.17

    I just upgraded my iTunes to the latest Windows 10 version 12.3.3.17 and my iPad Air 2 to iOS 9.3 and iTunes no longer sees my iPad. I have tried rebooting everything and the problem remains. This is the first issue of this type that I have ever seen after an upgrade. Any ideas?

    Okay, I have resolved my own problem. I completely removed iTunes and all other Apple components from my Windows PC and re-installed iTunes. Everything is working fine now.

    It sounds like your original iTunes installation was corrupted somehow. I'm glad you were able to fix the problem. Your solution may help others with the same problem.
