Itunes 12.1.1 Suddenly is shutting down

Have been using ITunes 12.1.1 for about two weeks or so and using successfully.

Suddenly, just today when activating ITunes it shuts down within 5-10 seconds of starting. The error message is that a problem occurred with the program and Windows is shutting the program down and looking for problem. Of course, Windows never finds anything.

I did a complete uninstall of all the Apple parts and then reinstalled from Apple website with everything new but it still happens.

Ideas, suggestions, changes, etc.???
