itunes 10.2.2.12 and OS 4.3.2

I am having problems with loading photos to both my iPads. This happened after I loaded the iTune upgrade 10.2.2.12 and then the OS 4.3.2. Does anybody else have that problem?
I am running W7U(64) Ipads are 64Gb with 3G
