I purchased a movie on iTunes for my iPad. My first problem was that it won't sync to my MacBook no matter what I tried. Now the movie won't play. I push play and it looks like it is going to open but does not. It has been playing fine for a week. I have turned the iPad off and back on and nothing.
Help please

Did you purchase the movie to own or did you rent it?
If you rented it you have 30 days to view it, but upon opening the movie-you have 24 hours to view. I believe the time is correct, but you may need to check.

Movies rented through iTunes with a mobile device are viewable only on the device they were downloaded to,you can't transfer a rented movie to another device.

If you rent a movie on your main computer then you can sync it to a mobile iDevice and view it there
You cannot rent on one iDevice and view it on another
