itim messaging

Hi - getting tired of getting different messages on different devices due to iMessage's in network SMS limitations. So, I've been looking for an all inclusive app for my iPad.

I thought I found that in itim. What I didn't want was an app that would require me to get everyone to buy it before I can message with them. So, I looked through the negative reviews and the app notes. It wasn't mentioned.

I buy the app. Set up an account. Try to text gf, and ..... "this is not a recognized itim nickname." No, no, it's not. It's a fracking phone number ;-).

Anyway, did I just waste $3 bucks?

If an app doesn't perform to your expectations you can contact apple for a refund, make sure you have kept your receipt though and they will credit your account.
