I have downloaded to my iPad 2 an app that was created in Keynote. It's a simple presentation that has images and some video embedded. Is it possible to somehow open this app in my Kenote so that I can edit it? Or is there a way to get some of these images embedded in the app? I just want to adapt this app (presentation) to my needs, instead of creating everything from scratch. Again, I have downloaded and installed an app, not a presentation file that I could just open in my Keynote. Any thought will be greatly appreciated.

Yes - of course - a Keynote or PowerPoint presentation that was created on a PC or Mac with embedded video and audio can be imported to the iPad and edited there with no problems. You cannot add additional video or audio though, that has to be done on the PC or Mac, but you can add photos, and other presentation effects.
