Looks like an iPad all right. I've seen a few in the wild and yours certainly seems to have the same characteristics.

Kidding aside if you are asking for opinions on tint issue the pic you provided make an already difficult to spot flaw even more difficult to see.

Looks good to me. I say keep it!
