I'm about to upgrade to an ipad 2 (I know, 3 may be coming soon) and I have a jailbroken ipad 1. I was wondering that once I jalbreak my ipad 2, can I restore all the crap that was backed up from the ipad 1 to the ipad 2?? (Too bad there is no Titanium Backup in Cydia)

Yes. Take a look at pkgbackup. Very easy and simple.

He is asking how to back up jailbreak apps. iTunes will not back up jailbreak apps and data. He needs to use a service like pkgbackup.
