Can anyone help, for some reason every time I open my iPhone it has started to ask for my iTunes password, it never did this before....can I stop it or is there anything I should do to stop it.

Check Settings > General > Passcode Lock

Sounds like you've toggled Passcode Lock to on. You can set it to a longer period or turn it off. But turning it off means that if someone finds or steals your phone, all your data will be exposed.
