Iphone 4 Sim in an Ipad and Movie Icon Help? Please!

I have an Iphone 4 Sim with Unlimited Data. I tried using it in my Ipad. I changed the APN Settings from broadband to phone and it worked great for a day. Now it stopped working. Called AT&T and they said nothing is blocked on my account. Also tried the Cingular settings. That didn't work either. Any ideas?

Next question...

I uploaded a few movies on my Ipad. For some reason the icons for them is for a different movie that was already on there. Any ideas?
