Hi Phonegirl - more information is needed - First, how are you trying to connect to the internet, i.e. Wi-Fi or cellular (or both)? If via Wi-Fi, are you using a home network and have you tried other wireless networks (e.g. local hotspot, such as Starbucks)? If via cellular, what carrier are you using? Second, what do you mean by two different IP addresses (I'm assuming by using two different networks). Please provide answers which will help others to assist you better - Dave
