My iPad is saying Not Charging when I connect to my lap top.

Many laptops do not make enough power available on the USB port to charge an iPad.

Hi there and welcome.

Whilst not having enough power to provide full charge facility, when the iPad says it is not charging it is actually trickle charging.

Whilst answering this I will move this thread to the correct forum.
