iPad2 Photo Albums

I was in John Lewis at the weekend and noticed that on their demo iPad - the Photo albums had folders for Faces and Places. My device doesnt have these and I think they would be useful. I cant find a way of getting these added. Any ideas anyone?

Hello and welcome to the forum -

Well, if you are running the newest version of iOS (i.e. 5.0.1) on your iPad, the updated 'native' photo app allows you to create albums by simply tapping 'Edit' (top right) in the 'Albums' selection - once produced images on the iPad can be stored into the new album(s) - however, keep in mind that the images w/i these 'new' album(s) are only links to the actual photos stored in the photo app - w/i a 'new' album, images can be deleted and created albums can be removed.
