iPad2 email settings - preview pane

I synch with Outlook and I used to see my email with "preivew" pane but somehow the setting changed and I only see the email text for the email that is highlighted, how do I change to get the preview setting?

If you are talking about what I think you are talking about:

Go to Settings >> Mail, Contacts, Calendars >> Preview, and set it for the number of preview lines you want (1-5).
