ipad1 to catch up with ipad 2

are there ways on how ipad 1 can catch up ipad2 in terms of fucntionality?,,,for eaxample,,,can ipad 1 possible to adopt facetime app through some sort of kit or attachment?...

I would suggest it is highly unlikely as most companies develop for the future rather than the past and whether we like it or not (and I am iPad 1 owner), for companies developing new kit, the iPad 1 is now old technology.

that is really the bad side for apple,in my opinion,,,they release new technologies at a very fast pace, i guess that is what really technology is and their marketing strategy, always starting the fuzz...at least the new IOS5 doesn't make my ipad isolated
