Ipad won't turn on?

I have an ipad 2 A5 gsm 64gb. The problem is that my ipad won't turn on it's stuck on that wheel. I have tried to put it on dfu mode, to restore it, put it into recovery mode I tried tinyumbrella I tried to download a firmware I tried to change the usb port but none of them works In itunes I get error 11, 21, 1600 and so on :thumbsdown: the wheel is stuck but in the computer I can browse the dcim folder. What can I do?

PS: my ipad is JB.
