IPAD won't charge above 3%

Good day someone may be able to assist me with Ipad 1 not charging using the 10w wall charger and I have tried several chargers
it gove to 3% and displays that it is charging but does not go above
1. have replaced battery {no better}
2. restored to factory {no Better}
3. Cold restore {no better}

Have a missed something ??

Don't think you've missed anything, but I'm no expert. Hopefully someone will come along who can shed some light on this.

Sounds like a hardware problem, when you say you replaced the battery , was this done by an Apple technician?
I ask because a decent techie would have checked the charging circuit and the old battery.

Got the same issue.. not sure about 3 percent as it never gets enough power to turn on. It does say its charging when I plug it in. Its definitely not the charger as the other 2 iPads are charging off same thing. Hope someone has a suggestion...

Check to see if it's still under warrantee, and contact Apple. If it is under warrantee, they should replace it for free. If not, I believe a battery replacement costs about $100.
