IPAD WONT BOOT UP!!!

Please help me. Last night I clicked erase all content and settings by accident and now my iPad is stuck with the screen showing the apple logo and an empty progress bar! Please note that my iPad is jailbroken on ios 8.1.1 and that I do not have internet at the moment. Please help me. I'm starting to freak out!

Update: now my iPad is stuck in restore mode

You're going to have to connect your iPad to iTunes on your computer to restore the iPad. You will require an Internet connection to do this and you'll end up on iOS 8.4.
