Hey, I have seen this problem on the forum before. I plug in my Ipad it starts to sync with apple then the next thing I know it stops syncing and shows "not charging" in the corner. I tried "resetting" my Ipad, I tried shutting down reloading itunes nothing. My next step will be to go back to the store I bought it from and see if anyone can help. What is MOST annoying is if I want Apple to help I have to "buy" a package of help. Which is stupid because I bought the product I should get 24/7 assistance like you get with new phones or other things.
