iPad will not start up

While watching a video my iPad turned off. Now the iPad will attempt to turn on for about 5-6 sec then turn back off. This is non stop with the inability to perform any of the trouble shooting steps. No damages to iPad, very well taken care of.

Anyone with any thoughts?

If you have not doen so, try a reset.

Hold down the Power and Home buttons until the Apple Logo appears.

This does not erase anything. It's just a restart with a little extra kick.
