    Hi All,
I am a tech in a school district. A student brought in an iPad2 that keeps downloading books (multiple copies too!) that she never requested or ordered. Sometimes as many as 25 copies of the same book. She now has 13 books in multiples of varying amouns that she never ordered. Some of these are less than desirable. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Can you uninstall the app that is doing that?

Is that in iBook? Sounds like someone else is using the same AppleID, and their iPad is set to automatically download new purchases.

Just to be safe, tell the girl to change her Apple ID password. Maybe someone is buying Apple products using her ID.

Immediately change your Apple ID password, if it still continues, contact Apple Support.
