iPad prepaid broadband

Hi guys, I'm new at this forum, looks great!

So Im wondering how your Ipads are working on prepaid data plan, mine is feeling a bit wonky and it could be my carrier, I live in Central America by the way.

My biggest problem is trying to buy data, or when my plan expires, the redirect to the captive portal on safari or perfect brower is pretty much hit or miss, more misses than hits

Anyone have this problem? When I use prepaid data on my windows computer or cell phone redirects are solid btw.
