iPad OS 14.1: can swipe down to Control Center only on Home Screen

Anyone else experiencing this? Happens in all apps. Did they change the gesture for that while in apps?

Try turning on Access Within Apps in Settings > Control Center. It must have gotten turned off somehow.

 

That was it, yes. My guess would be that upgrading from 14.01 to 14.1. I literally never go in there. Upgrades also turn back on all of the creepy siri settings. So..rather than doing what I want to do, I must now re-turn off all of those things I never wanted. Ah..computers!
