iPad not letting me download apps

I'm trying to download a free app and it doesn't let me it keeps asking for my card security code and I put it and it said incorrect and then it started saying apple having creidit card prosessing problems what do I do??

Have you established an iTunes account? You need to set up an account with either a valid credit card or an iTunes Gift card before you can download even free apps.

When all else fails, contact Apple's customer support for iTunes. They have an interest in making sure you can use your account.
