How do I download pay for e-books for free directly to my pad?
I'm new with this device and any points of advice would be appreciated.

You could download one of the many book reader apps, such as iBooks, Kindle, etc. and download the books to the appropriate app. iBooks can be ordered through iTunes and For Kindle, you go to the Amazon website and set up a Kindle account, where you can purchase books and send them to your Kindle app.
