BGR writes today that iPad mini production appears to be catching up with demand, so most people should get their iPad minis before Christmas. Estimated shipping times are now down to one week for the first time since early November when the iPad mini was launched. This is for all models, both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi+ cellular. Meanwhile, there’s particularly good news if you live in the UK and are thinking about signing up with the new EE network, as Tech Radar reports that EE has started selling the iPad mini this week, making it the first network to offer 4G network speeds on the tablet. The fourth-gen iPad is also available from EE, who are offering a SIM-only iPad plan costing £15.99 per month, which comes with 5GB of data, and is on a rolling 30-day contract. Tech Radar notes that Orange and T-Mobile in the UK are also offering the new iPads on fast HSPA+ and DC-HSPA networks on 24-month plans costing £21 per month. You can also get the iPad mini and fourth-gen iPad on Three mobile from yesterday, but it will not have 4G, unfortunately. [/FONT]
